Pool was completed in Dec 2024 and I don’t think we could be any more satisfied with Chad, Jackie and Imagine Pools and Spas. This is our 2nd new pool build in as many homes (1st was in S.FL) so we have some experience in terms of expectations, design, etc. After six months of vetting pool companies including talking with those in the industry, pool-owner neighbors and reading all the reviews, we decided on Imagine. While cost was in-line with others one of the deciding factors was that Chad has a ton of pool plumbing experience – one of the most critical aspects of the project and he has OAD (obsessive attention to detail). He and Jackie were a total pleasure to work with: before, during AND after the work was done. Their sub contractors seem to have been carefully selected and all issues were managed professionally without pushback. For eg, they had the glass tile on parts of the spa re-done 4 times b/c it wasn’t perfect! Jackie (and my wife) has an outstanding design eye and wonderful temperament which made the design phase much easier to navigate. Communication was ALWAYS timely (even when they were on vacation for a few days). We would highly recommend Imagine Pools. Other companies may have a longer track record but there’s not a more professional, competent, or service-oriented pool builder in Central FL imo.

I cannot recommend Jackie and Chad highly enough for the incredible work they did on our pool. From start to finish, their professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to quality were evident every step of the way.

We had a challenging renovation that required extensive organization and relocation of all of our pool equipment. The team at Imagine Pools and Spas was there to the very end, despite multiple errors on behalf of other contractors we employed on the overall project. At every step, IPS was there to help us sort it out, going well above and beyond, to be absolutely certain we were taken care of and happy. Professional, knowledgable and courteous from start to end. It was an experience that truly makes us want to find new projects to do with them in the future.
